  3. Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. This allows us to adequately prepare and serve you promptly, while also respecting the time of the customer before and after your appointment.

  4. Appointment No-Show Policy: If, for any reason, you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, please note that your $15 deposit will be forfeited. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensure fairness to other customers.
